To request a Return, go to the CONTACTS section, fill out the form by entering your email, your mobile number and specify that you "want to make a return" you will then be contacted by one of our consultants.

We remind you that WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURNS ON PROMO ITEMS .

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, within 14 days from delivery you can return one or more items and choose to receive other items in replacement or exercise the right of withdrawal. If these days have passed, unfortunately we cannot accept the return/refund request.

The right of return and withdrawal is considered to be correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully respected:

- the products must not have been used and/or damaged;

- the products must be returned in their original packaging and with the warranty seal applied to the product (not always present on all products);

- returned products must be sent in a single shipment.

" Gift Card " (a purchase voucher for the same amount as your order that allows you to keep the money online in order to be able to use it as virtual money on the site);

" Refund " (you will receive the amount relating to the individual products purchased, on the payment method used during the order).

Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days from the return of the return to our headquarters, to verify that the goods are returned in the same condition in which they were shipped.

The customer is required to pay the return management costs, i.e. €10, unless the customer has received a defective product. In this case, no costs will be charged.

We reserve the right not to accept products from the same order, returned and shipped at different times.

In the unlikely event that the return is made in unacceptable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
